Student and instructor talk through every problem together in real time over a Microsoft Teams audio call — it's a real conversation, not a chat thread or pre-recorded video.
Interactive whiteboard
Problems are worked out step by step on a shared digital whiteboard — both sides can write, draw, and annotate together.
Shared code editor (CS)
For programming lessons, student and instructor write and run code together, debugging in real time.
What you need: a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a microphone. A webcam is recommended. No software purchase is required.

When lessons happen
Weekday plans run Monday–Friday on afternoons and evenings; weekend plans run Saturday and Sunday. Your times are fixed weekly slots agreed with your instructor.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Reschedule any lesson free of charge with prior notice — we recommend at least 24 hours so your instructor can adjust.
Missed lessons
A lesson missed without prior notice is a committed session — it isn't made up or credited, per our policy. With notice, it's simply rescheduled.
Progress updates
Instructors keep parents in the loop with regular updates on progress, goals, and areas being worked on. Questions between lessons? Contact us anytime.

Classes are delivered
Your student attends every lesson on their weekly schedule. Nothing is paid upfront.
Invoice at your plan rate
One invoice in USD at your fixed monthly price, with an itemized session log included.
Payment is due
Pay via the secure payment link on the invoice. A receipt follows on confirmation.
Change or stop freely
Switch plans anytime, or cancel with 24 hours' notice before your next lesson — your final month is prorated.
